Toby Baker and Julie Hayden are a husband and wife team dedicated to build a start up company called PeerLink Ltd, with a defined moto of Dictum Meum Pactum “Our word is our bond”.
Toby Baker
Toby Baker is a renowned trading veteran, with 40 years of front and back office experience. Toby has built his reputation on inclusivity and collaboration amongst industry peers. In his last role as Global Head of FX trading at T Rowe Price Intl, Toby advised on external industry panels such at the Hive, Trade Tech and Quorum 15 as well as industry bodies such as the The Financial Markets Association and ACI UK World Congress. Toby also appears in Trade publications and related podcasts.
Julie Hayden
Julie Hayden co-founded PeerLink Ltd alongside Toby Baker with a shared vision of building a people-focused business grounded in integrity, trust, and long-term relationships.
